Chantal

Chantal’s clinical background in mental health nursing sets the stage for nurturing, flowing and easygoing classes. She pays particular attention to the teachings of mindfulness which promotes self-care and compassion.

Her passion for the ocean lead her to creating stand up paddle board yoga.

Julie

Julie is passionate about encouraging others to keep their bodies active and minds vibrant with ‘feel good’ exercise’.

Julie teaches vinyasa flow dynamic and fluid mind body movement sequences and strengthening poses that cultivate a moving meditation of breath and body awareness.

Cath

Cath integrates vinyasa flow, dance, yoga therapy, anatomy, Thai yoga massage and partner yoga into her sessions.

Cath’s passion is to empower people to take hold of their own wellbeing through reconnecting with their body and breath as well as befriending mindfulness on and off the mat.

Suzanne

Suzanne’s classes combine creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness and a dose of inspiration all from an anatomical foundation.

With over 27 years in the health and wellness profession, Suzanne found her true passion in yoga, meditation and holistic counselling in 2011.

Katie

Katie specialises in Ashtanga and Purna Yoga meaning ‘whole’. Katie’s classes aim to embrace the mental aspect of yoga as well as the physical asanas; quite often simultaneously.

She caters to all levels by offering modifications.

Kym

Kym is guided by the sun and phases of the moon when designing her yoga classes and meditations. Her classes weave mindfulness strategies, breath work, healing sounds, as well as a special focus on correct alignment and alternatives for everyone.

Kym’s favourite quote is “The body benefits from movement and the mind benefits from stillness”. A much needed commodity in this busy world of ours.

Dee

Dee’s classes are playful, unique and fun. She wants to remind you that perfection doesn’t exist, therefore live life wild, messy and with laughter - always.

Her sequences focus on brain health, emotional resiliency and community connection.

Tamara

Tam offers various sytled sessions, guided intuitively and aimed to proved a sense of feeling nurtured and balanced. Keeping the “Every body has its story” in mind.

She offers modifications and splashes of mindfulness throughout for you to truly explore what yoga means for you in your body, cultivating self compassion for a healthier mind, body and soul.

Pia

Pia has been practicing yoga for 15 years and teaching yoga for 4 years. her classes are designed for beginners and her passion is introducing new people to yoga and ensuring they feel comfortable in their progress.
